The Arthrex DualWave Arthroscopy Pump is an integrated inlet and outlet fluid management system that can also be used as a simple inlet-only arthroscopy pump. 

The DualWave pump is a safe, reliable and user-friendly system that maintains constant, non-pulsating control of intra-articular flushing and distention pressure during all phases of an arthroscopic surgical procedure. It is designed to provide continuous, non-pulsating flow that responds immediately to changes in intra-articular pressure, so that joint distension can be maintained even with high shaver extraction volumes or secondary flow.

User-defined parameters for input pressure and output rates are adjustable via controls on the touchscreen panel or remote control.

Universal medical grade power supply allowing it to automatically operate at the voltage ranges used worldwide.

- A universal automatic resector detection feature that allows the device to automatically switch from low flow cannula suction to high flow arthroscope sleeve suction as needed. A touch screen displays user input.
