Closing system with pivot ensuring the safety of the operator. Thermodynamic system for the ejection of "cold" air pockets. Two sterilization cycles: 121 °C and 134 °C

All cycles are predefined in the factory and guarantee a perfect and safe sterilization of the treated material.

The operator cannot manipulate or alter the cycles in any way, which eliminates the risks resulting from human error.

Preset temperatures

The set temperatures for the cycles of our autoclave are 134 °C and 121 °C. The 134°C cycles are typically used for the sterilization of solid and metallic instruments.

The 121°C cycles are usually used for sterilization of thermoplastic and delicate instruments. Water tank The Hydra EVO has only one water tank.

This tank must be filled with distilled or demineralized water and serves as a collector for the waste water, which is then reused in new cycles.

Door security

Each door is equipped with 2 locks :

- one mechanical, which does not open the door in case of excessive pressure

- a dynamic one, which works thanks to a special system of hermetic closing of the door Safety devices installed

- Certified safety valve.

- PED for the sterilization chamber.

- Chamber insulation with certified ceramic material Controls on the autoclave

- Control of water entering the chamber

- Safety thermostat

- Time control The sterilization chamber is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and heated by a heating collar, which guarantees an even distribution of heat. Supplied with 4 aluminum trays and a key for their extraction.
