ISO 15883 COMPLIANT

The WASSENBURG® WD440 PT is fully ISO 15883 compliant and contains an IMS that is completely independent of the process controller. It monitors critical cycle parameters, thus protecting the cycle and enabling data analysis of critical parameters in Process Manager.

OPTIMAL SAFETY

In order to ensure complete cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes, the WASSENBURG® WD440 PT contains a unique spiral tank and tube system. The fluid flow in the spiral tube lifts the distal end away from the wall, with the fluid contacting it from all sides.

The proven Wassenburg channel pumping and connection technology is the heart of the system. Each endoscope channel is individually processed and checked for connection, flow, pressure and blockage.

EASY TO USE

The user interface of the WASSENBURG® WD440 is designed around intuitive, touch-free operation. Hands-free opening of the lid, using foot sensors, facilitates operation and reduces the risk of cross-contamination.

The transparent lid allows the user to see inside the tank during the reprocessing cycle. Clear LED indicators on the machine show the status of the cycle. Color-coded connection hardware allows for easy and flawless endoscope connection, with the assistance of an intuitive color touch screen that guides the user through the necessary steps.

HIGH CAPACITY

Our EndoHigh® chemicals - consisting of a detergent combined with peracetic acid (PAA) - are developed exclusively for Wassenburg washer-disinfectors. All chemicals are all chemicals are tested in vitro and type-tested according to ISO 15883.

They offer excellent and safe performance and a fast endoscope treatment cycle (28 minutes for the intensive cycle).

Two separate tanks allow easy access to individually loaded and connected endoscopes and avoid unnecessary waiting. The tanks are specially designed to minimize water consumption and maintain a constant temperature. In addition, contact between the endoscope and the tank is kept to a minimum.

SAFETY IN THE WORKFLOW

The WASSENBURG® WD440 PT can be installed in a wall, providing a physical separation between the clean and contaminated area, with very little air leakage. It controls the transport of the endoscope from the contaminated area to the clean area and is perfectly suited for use in central sterilization departments.
