Compact and lightweight

The Gamma XL is a compact monitor that can be used as a stand-alone unit or connected to the Infinity Network. It incorporates the most common parameters for monitoring adult, pediatric and neonatal patients and is ideally suited for light and intermediate care environments.

These parameters include ECG, baseline arrhythmias, respiratory rate, pulse rate, temperature, non-invasive blood pressure and SpO2 (optional Infinity® Masimo SET® SmartPod® with Masimo SpO2 algorithm, known for its accuracy in low perfusion and patient movement).

The Gamma XL features an 8.4-inch (210 mm) color display and shows up to 4 channels.

Easy transition from wired to wireless

Gamma XL monitors can easily switch between wired and wireless networks, making it easy to monitor the patient during transport (wireless connection optional).

Information collected at the bedside and during transport is sent via the Infinity network to the Infinity® CentralStation for central monitoring and to the Innovian® patient data management software for automatic evaluation.

The Gamma XL incorporates a Wi-Fi (802.11g) wireless card, which offers advanced security (WPA2). With Dräger, you can take advantage of the Infinity OneNet architecture - an innovative infrastructure that allows patient monitoring systems to securely utilize wired and wireless networks throughout the facility.

Pick and Go® enables efficient transport

The Infinity Gamma XL monitor incorporates patented Dräger Pick and Go technology that allows it to be used both at the bedside and in transport within the hospital.

These monitors automatically switch between wired and wireless networks for continuous monitoring. No disconnection or reconnection of cables, no interruption of monitoring or data acquisition.

All parameters monitored at the bedside continue to be monitored during transport. The Gamma XL automatically saves events during patient transport and prints them as soon as they are connected to the docking station, thus avoiding the use of a recorder during transport.
