The OPMI MDO operating microscope and the floor stand were developed together to meet the special requirements of ophthalmology.
You can choose between two lighting systems:
- Coaxial illumination: this unit contains a module for backlighting.
- Tilted illumination: This does not strain the retina of the patient's eye and gives a better impression of depth in the image of the surgical field.
The system is controlled by a foot switch from which several motorized functions can be activated.
